StarOil Announces 5-Year Fuel Tank Farm Development Project in Tema Enclave
With current retail market monthly volumes of 50m litres, Star Oil is now poised to commercially develop and operate its own dedicated tank farm in the Tema depot enclave.

Accra, Ghana - 31 July 2024 - StarOil is pleased to announce the commencement of a significant development project aimed at enhancing its operational capacity and strategic autonomy. The project involves the construction of a 40,000 MT fuel tank farm over a period of three to five years. This new facility will grant StarOil direct control over its fuel storage in the Tema enclave, aligning with the company's growth and sustainability objectives.
Invitation to Contractors and Financiers
In line with this ambitious project, StarOil is inviting experienced contractors and financiers with a proven track record in similar developments to express their interest. Interested parties are requested to submit their profiles and a detailed portfolio of similar projects undertaken in the past for review and evaluation. This preliminary review will precede a restricted tender process for the shortlisted parties.
